Stand upright, then take a big step forward and bend both knees to 90 degrees. Step your feet together and repeat on the opposite leg.

 

 


Hanging knee raise reps

Hang from an overhead bar with an overhand grip. Carefully raise your knees towards your chest then extend your legs back down, being careful not to swing or use momentum.

 

 


Chin-up

(10 reps)

Works: Lats, biceps, forearms, abs.

Hang from an overhead bar with an underhand grip. Keep your whole body tight as you pull your chest towards the bar and lower back down with control.

 


Pike push-up

(10 reps)

Works: Shoulders, chest, abs, triceps.

In a yoga “downward dog” position, bend your elbows to lower the top of your head towards the floor. Pause before pressing yourself back up.

 

 


Straight bar dip

(10 reps)

Works: Shoulders, chest, abs, triceps.

Lean forward as you bend your elbows and reach your legs slightly in front of your body as you lower your chest to the bar. Pause and press back up.
