Ageing does to your muscles what mobile phones did to doorbells – makes them obsolete.

They found scoffing more protein at breakfast or lunch time can help you hold onto your muscle mass as you age.

So don’t just load up with monster steaks at dinner time because you’re better off drip-feeding that protein to yourself for peak results that’ll announce you’re still in the game.
